Our Mission

 Created from lived experience, We Are the Fight exists to make the childhood cancer and brain tumor journey a little easier, a little brighter, and a lot less lonely. We provide support, comfort, resources, experiences, and connection to children and families throughout treatment—because no child should have to fight alone. 

Charitable Status Approved

We're pleased to announce that as of August 2026 the IRS has determined that We Are the Fight Inc has been exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). 

Important Donor Notice: Donors can deduct contributions they make to We Are the Fight under IRC Section 170. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
